1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
All orders placed on the Anurag Foods store are packed with high-grade tamper-evident packaging and dispatched from our primary manufacturing & distribution center in Delhi – 110093.
- Processing Window: Orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours of order confirmation.
- Operating Days: Dispatches occur Monday through Saturday (excluding national holidays and Sundays).
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
We partner with premier courier networks (Bluedart, Delhivery, ExpressBees, DTDC, India Post) to ensure fast delivery across India:
- Delhi NCR & North India: 2 – 4 Business Days
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3 – 5 Business Days
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns): 4 – 7 Business Days

3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery Tiers
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on total cart value, package weight, and delivery postal code:
- Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders meeting the minimum order threshold (as displayed in promotional banners at checkout).
- Standard Shipping: A nominal flat fee of ₹49 – ₹99 applies on smaller orders to cover protective bubble-wrap packaging and express freight.
4. Live Real-Time Tracking
Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, an automated AWB Tracking Number and direct tracking URL will be shared with you via WhatsApp and Email. You can track the real-time movement of your sweet treat parcel until delivery.
5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Attempts
The courier delivery executive will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure accurate house/street details and an active mobile number. Parcels returned to origin (RTO) due to wrong address or refusal to accept without valid cause may attract re-shipping charges for re-dispatch.
