1. General Coupon & Promotional Terms
All promotional discount codes, welcome vouchers, seasonal sale coupon codes, and bundle offers issued on the Anurag Foods store are subject to the following standard conditions:
- One Coupon Per Order: Only one discount coupon or promotional code can be applied per single checkout transaction unless explicitly stated. Coupons cannot be stacked.
- Minimum Order Value: Certain promo codes require a minimum qualifying cart value (excluding delivery charges) to be eligible for discount redemption.
- Validity Window: Promo codes have defined expiry dates and will automatically become invalid once the promotional period ends or usage quota is fulfilled.
2. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value
Coupons, discount vouchers, and gift credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for physical cash or bank transfers, and hold zero cash surrender value outside the official store checkout.
3. Order Cancellation & Coupon Re-use
If an order placed using a one-time promo code is cancelled prior to dispatch, the discount value is not refundable in cash. The coupon code may be reinstated on request subject to active validity.
4. Right to Modify or Terminate Offers
Anurag Food Products reserves the unilateral right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotional campaign, coupon code, or seasonal sale offer at its sole discretion in the event of technical abuse or inventory depletion.
